Controller This person is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the funds, the management company and the day-to-day operations pertaining to the accounting department.
Must:
have CPA
have Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Accounting
have minimum 8 years experience in Hedge Fund/Management Company accounting
have prior experience as a senior manager/controller
Owner Representative Candidate will have extensive operational and business experience in direct management of oil and gas fields. Experience in the San Juan basin and working with distressed operations is a primary consideration.
Must:
have minimum 10 years experience in all aspects of the industry
have proven ability to increase production and revenue
have proven project management skills to create, define and execute on project plans
have excellent communication skills with all levels of individuals from field hands to executive management
have specific experience in the four corners area with regards to specific zones and horizons to these fields
Director of Fund Accounting This person is responsible for the financial operations of the funds, recording and reporting of company funds, and day-to-day operations pertaining to fund activities.
Must:
have a 4 year Accounting degree or Associates Degree or applicable work experience resulting in thorough understanding of accounting principles
have minimum 5 years experience of progressive accounting experience
Director of Finance This position will direct and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis Group. Overall responsibility for the management of all financial analyses of the finance department including fund and investment performance reporting, strategic planning, annual operating plan, cash forecasting, corporate overhead allocation, and management company performance tracking analyses.
Must:
have Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
have minimum 8 years financial planning and analysis experience
be familiar with investment accounting, especially distressed asset hedge funds
have exceptional verbal and written communication skills including experience with group presentations
have advanced experience with complex financial spreadsheets and formulas
be detail oriented, highly organized and have ability to work with voluminous data
posses strong leadership ability bridging diverse groups and developing staff members

Lab Tech This is an entry level position; no skills necessary other than reading and writing and basic math skills. Position involves using machinery to crush coal in a safe environment.
Electrical Designer/Engineer Experienced electrical designer with minimum of 5 years related work experience in industrial projects to perform the following duties:
Structural Designer/CAD Drafter This position works as a part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers and professionals that entails the development of detail design of structural elements of material handling equipment.
Must:
have an AA degree or equivalent
have minimum of 2 years experience in CAD design/drafting
Mechanical Designer/CAD Drafter This position works as a part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers and professionals that entails the development of detail designs for bulk material handling facilities, conveyors and bulk material handling machinery.
Must:
have an AA degree or equivalent
have minimum of 2 years experience in CAD design/drafting
Structural Engineer (2) This position involves development of finite element models for design of structural elements of material handling equipment, design of foundations, and civil work associated with projects. You will also supervise a team of designers, coordinate your project with other disciplines and vendors.
Must:
have Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structures
have minimum 4 years experience in structural design with an emphasis in steel and concrete design; PE is preferred but not required
be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
be proficient in StaadPro, RISA, RAM and other finite element software
Senior Layout/Project Engineer Duties entail the development of material handling concepts to meet client's needs, development of layouts and arrangements for material handling facilities, conveyors and material handling machinery, as well as supervising team designers and coordinating your projects with other disciplines and vendors.
Must:
have a BS or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
have minimum 10 years experience in design and layout of material handling systems, conveyors and material handling machines
